1. What are your showroom opening hours?

2. How can I make exchanges?

To be eligible for exchange, items must be brought to our showroom in their original purchase condition along with all invoices and product documentations within 3 calendar days of purchase. Please learn more about our exchange policy in the following question.

3. Are all DMY Jewellery exchangeable?

Below are items not eligible for exchanges: Special orders and engraved jewellery Sponsored jewellery items, e.g. items used for lucky draws or purchases by corporate companies as prizes/gifts Items purchased during a sale or promotion

4. What sizes are your rings measured in?

5. The item I am looking for is out of stock. Will there be a restock?

6. Do you provide jewellery customisation and how long does it take?

Yes, we can help. Depending on the design, jewellery customisation takes 6 to 8 weeks except during Chinese New Year when it may take 10 to 12 weeks. However, we are unable to customise any jewellery from other companies, brands, licensed brands or designs for example like Disney or Hello Kitty.

7. Are your gold bars exempt from GST?

DMY Jewellers selling gold bars are GST-exempted or investment-graded as our gold bars are calculated based on retail gold prices.

8. I'm from another country. How can I order jewellery products?

You can email your request to customer.service@dmyjewellers.com.sg.

9. Is online shopping available?

Our products are not available for online purchase but we you can book the model through online in DMY jewellers website (https://dmyjewellers.com) and we’d love to serve you personally at our showroom.
